The Jungala Day Pass Admission is $1,401 pesos (MXN) for adults and children over ten years old and $701 pesos (MXN) for seniors, pregnant people, and children from three to nine years old. Children under 3 years old don't pay admission. The Jungala Day Pass includes access to the park, towel (only for use inside the park), showers, free Wi-Fi, and concierge service.

All parking for Jungala is located in the lot at the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ theater, just across from Vidanta Riviera Maya’s main entrance. Complimentary internal transportation is offered between the parking lot and Jungala.

Our pools are heated during the cooler months to ensure they are the appropriate temperature for the season.

All orders are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Children under three years old can access the park for free. Kids from three to nine years old, seniors (65+ years old), people with disabilities, and pregnant people access the park by paying the children's fees, and guests over ten years old enter with an adult ticket.

You can enhance your visit to Jungala by booking a private cabana and adding a VIP package. You can book your cabana directly with a concierge or at the box office upon arrival at Jungala. To learn more, visit the Private CabanasPrivate Cabanas or Tickets page.

Our cabanas are designed to comfortably hold up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).

Parking is offered at no additional cost. All parking for Jungala is located in the lot at the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ theater, just across from Vidanta Riviera Maya’s main entrance. Internal transportation is offered between the parking lot and Jungala.

Should Jungala close before 2:00pm because of adverse weather conditions, all guests affected will be allowed to redeem their paid admission tickets for a non-transferable, non-refundable re-admit ticket. The new re-admit ticket is valid for a single day
of admission and must be redeemed within one year of the date issued. Rain guarantee re-admit tickets are processed only on the day of the visit at the box office.

We ask that appropriate swim attire be worn by guests due to the fact that Jungala is a family establishment (i.e., no bathing-suit thongs, please). For the health and safety of all of our guests, children in diapers are required to use waterproof protectors. Appropriate swim attire required; cotton shorts or shirts, sport shorts, cover ups, loose fitting articles, or similar items are not permitted on body slides. Swimwear with buckles, rivets, or any sharp objects are not permitted on body slides. Footwear such as water shoes, sandals, or water socks are permitted, but not on body slides.

Personal cameras, digital recorders, phones or any recording device are not permitted on water slides or tube attractions.

Major credit cards are accepted at Jungala, as well as other types of payment such as cash or wire transfer.

Locker rental is available upon arrival at the park for $150.00 pesos per day.
